Vince Rambala Dog Training

I've got some wonderful news! I took Lexi up to Massachusetts for NERR's big fundraiser this past weekend. They had CGC, TT and TDI testing. Well, Lexi passed all 3! All I have to do now is get the vet's seal of good health, mail off the form, and wait for the tag. I am so proud of her, and I wanted to thank you for helping. Working with you in helping her get over her dog aggression, and having an open mind in training has helped both of us.

Thanks to Deb, Mike and all the great people from BASS, including our wonderful trainer Vinnie and helper Tom. Thank you Vinnie for all the help you have given me over the past year with my fosters I've had thru The Rottie Connection Rescue Group that we took from the Newark Pound. Great dogs like Brandy, China, Sheri, Dusty and Schatzi. Schatzi is still in foster but the rest are all doing wonderfully in their new homes. And so happy. I wish all shelters were like your place, you're really a example for all of them. The best!

I just wanted to let you know how great the training has gone with Santos. I really learned a lot from your class and Santos has continued to be very responsive. You are certainly a great instructor. After several classes, I realized that you were training us in the same manor that we were being taught to train our dogs. Thank you so much for the great start. We look forward to continuing his training.

"Thank you" does not adequately express my deep appreciation for the training and encouragement you have given to Charlie (aka Sir Charles) and me. Dealing with and overcoming his aggression to other dogs has lead to the adoption of a new playmate for him. It is such a joy to see him playing so happily with his new sister, Roxy. God bless you, Vince......you have a very rare talent. I'm so glad we found you.

Just wanted to thank you for a great experience! I've been to many different obedience classes over the years (six in all), and this was the best ever. I love your idea of "no yelling" and "positive reinforcing". I only wish I could have met you when I had my other Lab, Toby. The classes I took him to encouraged "prong" collars and military commands. I wasn't a fan but eventually gave into their methods, though I felt uncomfortable. I think my dog would have done so much better in the environment and techniques you have provided. This is Bob's first time bringing a dog to "obedience training", and I know he has enjoyed bringing Phoebe to the puppy classes as much as I have. "Pass the Puppy" is the best and I'm so happy we were able to socialize her at a younger age. I am looking forward to continuing her education and hopefully, going on to the agility training, as well! She seems very responsive to training and loves to hear our praises.

Vince speaks the language of dogs. They really understand, respect and love him. He makes the dogs want to please him. My little Shih Tzu, Lady Mei-LI, and I took basic & novice obedience, he prepared her for her CGI test, Pet Therapy Evaluation, and to everyone's surprise he had her walking planks and going through the Agility course. She was one year old and it was a great experience thanks to Vince. He doesn't abandon his charges at the end of class. he's always there for his four legged (and two legged) friends. Years later I still call him with questions and he's gracious and generous with his time and advice. Vince truly cares about each dog and takes their specific needs into consideration. As soon as I hear someone's getting a new furry friend I give them Vince's phone number. I feel anyone that has a dog in their life should have Vince too !

I'd like to thank you for your help with my rescue sheltie, Doc. Doc is no longer the fearful, dog
aggressive sheltie I first brought to you. Your training has enabled Doc to become a confident and
happy boy who now enjoys meeting other dogs. Our daily walks used to be very stressful as we would
have to avoid other dogs. Now our walks are pleasant experiences, because we can meet and greet other dogs and their owners without any problems.
Your methods are both humane and effective, using positive reinforcement for good behavior. Doc's
changed behavior will help me to reach my goal in training Doc for competitive obedience and agility.

I was determined NOT to have a "nervous and jerky" chihuahua! The dog training and socialization, and human support provided by Vince Rambala has made the difference for me and Pedro Miguel!
